By making a reservation, you agree to these general conditions. Please pay special attention to the conditions regarding payments and cancellations.

Booking confirmation: All telephone requests must be followed by a written confirmation. If we do not receive a written confirmation, the booking will not be valid. Our reservations department is open from Monday to Sunday, from 09:00 to 17:00. We are also reachable at: +212 (0) 661 30 47 48 (including via WhatsApp). Booking confirmations by email must be sent to: golf@samanah-maroc.com

Booking of buggies, scooters, trolleys, caddies, rental bags, and practice range: It is strongly recommended to book these services at the time of reservation.

​

Presentation of vouchers issued by partners: To simplify procedures, we do not require physical vouchers from clients. We provide and invoice services based on the latest confirmation emails and/or proforma invoices and/or prepayments.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Mandatory Prepayment

Unless under exceptional circumstances, all services must be paid in full before the reservation date. Without proof of payment sent by email to compta@samanah-maroc.com, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

• For groups of 8 players or more: Payment is required no later than 30 days before the first game date.

• For groups of fewer than 8 players: Payment is required no later than 15 days before the first game date.

Payment may be made in cash or cheque at the Proshop, online via payment link, by bank transfer, or through a prepaid voucher.

If an invoice is not paid on time, we reserve the right to suspend current reservations and require clients to pay for services at the public rate.

​

REFUND POLICY

Green Fees are non-refundable, except in case of course closure. However, they may be rescheduled to another date at our discretion. If the new date has a higher rate, the difference will be charged.

 

No Show

In the event of a no-show on the day of the booking, no refund will be issued.

 

Transferable Reservations

You may transfer your reservation to another person (friend, family member, etc.). Please inform us in advance if this is the case.

Course Maintenance

Maintenance is carried out throughout the year. Due to weather and other factors, we cannot guarantee the absence of work that may impact play. No refund will be granted for maintenance work. Please inquire about this at the time of booking or online before your visit at www.mysamanah.com.

Grouping during peak hours

During busy periods, we may group players into foursomes. If you wish to play in a smaller group, you will need to pay the equivalent of four players.

​​

Game interrupted due to bad weather

If you choose to stop your game (9 or 18 holes) due to weather, no refund will be given.

​

Course declared unplayable during play

If management declares the course unplayable due to extreme conditions:

• If fewer than 9 holes are completed, you will receive a 100% discount voucher for a future visit.

• If at least 9 holes are completed, you will receive a 50% discount voucher.

​

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the case of a cancellation, a written notice must be sent to the Golf as soon as possible. A confirmation email will be sent by our reservations department along with a reminder of the following cancellation terms:

• 16 days or more: Cancellation free of charge

• 8–15 days: Cancellation with 50% of the total cost

• 0–7 days: Cancellation with 100% of the total cost

PRICING FOR PROFESSIONALS

Professional groups (01 Pro + minimum 03 students): When booking tee times, you may request a dedicated practice area with the pro’s name and unlimited balls for 2 hours at the applicable rate. NOTE: If the group requires only the practice range (no Green Fees), access will be charged at the applicable rate at the time of booking.

Golf Steward Policy During Peak Season

To enhance the playing experience and maintain course quality during our busiest periods, Samanah Golf by Nicklaus will introduce the following policy, applied at our discretion during peak season:

• Each tee time must be accompanied by at least one Golf Steward, regardless of the number of players. A minimum of one Golf Steward per group is required.

• The steward fee of 200 MAD is to be shared equally among the players and paid directly in cash to the steward (not at the Proshop).

• Players who wish to have a dedicated personal caddy may do so at their own expense, provided the request is made in advance.

Our Golf Stewards will support pace of play, maintain course conditions (raking bunkers, repairing pitch marks, etc.), assist players in locating balls, and promote proper etiquette on the course. We appreciate your support in making Samanah a premium golf experience for all.

COURSE RULES

Clients agree to comply with the general course rules and any specific regulations in effect on the day of play. Players must always follow golf Etiquette on and off the course. Dress codes and the instructions of Starters/Marshals must be followed. Non-compliance may result in being asked to leave the course, with no refund issued.

​

MECHANICAL OPERATIONS

Twice a year, our maintenance staff aerates the greens. Players wishing to play within 7 days following aeration should note that greens may be lightly sanded and mowing height increased. Normal rates apply. Please check before your visit or consult playing conditions on www.mysamanah.com.

COURSE CLOSURE

Due to bad weather, the course may be closed. If this occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will be able to reschedule your reservation for another date at no extra charge.
